Delivery or file problems

If a file is missing, damaged, incorrect or inaccessible after verified payment, contact support with your order reference and a description. Do not share card details or payment secrets.

Duplicate or unexpected charges

Check My downloads before attempting another payment. If your bank shows a debit and the order remains pending, contact support so the payment can be checked.

After a refund

Refunded orders lose download access. Previously issued temporary links can remain usable until they expire. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
